Artificial Pussy Willow Stems - Oh, the romantic sentiment of the Pussy Willow, an understated but beautiful stem which holds a wonderfully early sign of spring. 

Pussy willow comes from the deciduous shrub (or small tree) that belongs to the genus Salix, a particularly ornamental family which holds over 350 varying types. Our artificial stems feature the soft, furry catkins that appear from as early as January (if we are lucky).

Pussy willows are particularly valued for their ornamental appeal and are often used in floral arrangements and to let you into a secret, featured in my bridal florals as we married at the end of March.

I really do love these stems, they work all year round in truth, adding the little hint of structure and depth of colour to any arrangement.

Usability: All stems are made from coated wire and are designed to be bent, shaped and re-shaped to best suit your arrangements. For more permanent floral arrangements, artificial stems can be cut to size using wire cutters (we recommend using gloves and eye protection if you do this).
